Terms and conditions.

We know its boring but we have to do this as the Party is on a boat!!

• It is advisable to wear suitable footwear.
• Please listen to and acknowledge the safety announcement on board.
• Remember to email us to book yourself on the Free bus which will leave from a Bar in Edinburgh (Venue tbc for 2008)
• The boat and bus will leave at the time notified to you. We cannot wait.
• If booking season tickets please note this are non-transferable to other customers and two passport photos will be required to purchase one.  (these will not include special events which are not the 6 dates dated on your pass)

Please take care of your ticket as tickets cannot be replaced.

Tickets cannot be returned after purchase, unless the event is cancelled or postponed.

If an event is moved to another date due to for example adverse weather conditions, Edinburghboatparty will use all reasonable endeavours to notify all customers who purchased tickets from Edinburghboatparty by telephone, email or by the details left when buying the ticket before the event at point of sale. Tickets will remain valid for the re-scheduled date and refund requests will be accepted up to 72 HOURS after the original event if you cannot make the re-scheduled event.  Or 3 days after the notification of the change whichever is later.

If the tickets are returned by post as addressee unknown Edinburghboatparty reserves the right to cancel the order.
Customers are advised to check their tickets upon receipt.
Edinburghboatparty reserves the right to refuse admission or eject customers in reasonable circumstances (For example taking health and safety or security reasons into account). Edinburghboatparty and The Forth Belle take safety very seriously and any incidents that occur will result in the party involved being barred from all future Edinburghboatparty events. This applies to the Free Bus service and the Boat party itself.
Edinburghboatparty is a strictly over 18’s event. No bottles, cans or alcohol is to be taken on board the Boat. We also run a zero tolerance policy on Drugs. No refund will be offered to customers who are refused entry.

Neither Edinburghboatparty of Forth Boat Tours will be liable for any loss, damage, death or injury howsoever caused unless the relevant party has breached its legal obligations.
